Holiday Drive — October - December 2012
We Need You!
Each year, GBM provides holiday food, clothing, and toys 250 families in need. Please consider helping GBM serve the greatest needs by ORGANIZING A HOLIDAY DRIVE at your business, congregation, or civic organization. We need:
New Unwrapped Toys for Children Ages 1-12 (no guns, please)
- Dolls (dolls of color preferred)
- Action Figures (action figures of color preferred)
- Board Games
- Card Games
- Hand-Held Electronic Games
- Stuffed Animals
- Bikes and Bike Helmets
- Skates
- Sports Items
- Crayons and Coloring Books
- Watches and Costume Jewelry
Food
- Non-perishable items
- Baby food and formula
- Frozen turkeys and hams
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
New Clothing (ALL SIZES NEEDED)
- Shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, etc.
- Shoes
- Socks
- Underwear
- Diapers (cloth and disposable)
Coats and Blankets
- New coats and blankets
- New gloves, hats, and scarves
Volunteers
- Sort items and pack Christmas bags
- Individuals and groups welcome (minimum age 12 -- volunteers 12-18 must have adult supervision)
